Titchwell Manor Hotel

Just returned from a lovely few days at Titchwell Manor. We booked a last minute 3 nights break as the weather looked promising. We booked over the phone as we took our well behaved dog with us. Although it’s at the higher end of what we normally pay we felt it was worth it. We stayed in room 24 in the courtyard, it opened up on to the rear gardens which were beautiful. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and welcoming. There was only a bath and hand held shower, we wouldn’t normally book a room without a walk in shower but we only booked a few days before. The breakfast was outstanding, great quality and variety on the buffet table in particular. Lovely hot food, nothing too much trouble. The staff were all friendly and courteous, all very kind to our dog. We had to eat in the Bistro as this is the only dog friendly restaurant, not a problem for us. The evening meal has a smaller menu but focuses on quality. We enjoyed everything we ate. The only negative for us is there’s nowhere to safely walk your dog in an evening. The hotel is directly on the busy roadside. It wouldn’t deter us from staying again, just something to beat in mind.

We stayed at Titchwell Manor last year for my husband’s 60th birthday and knew then we would return. Again our stay was perfect we couldn’t fault a thing. We arrived on a very cold & dark evening and our room was very warm and welcoming. Dinner on both evenings were fabulous, we especially loved the brancaster mussels and chips Breakfast was very thought through with fantastic quality and choice. Staff are very professional and friendly - nothing is too much trouble. We look forward to returning very soon.

Excellent service - as always. Nothing is too much trouble to ensure your comfort and enjoyment - finding my perfect shower, breakfast eggs cooked to personal taste, charming staff with useful local knowledge. Close to a deserted sandy beach and RSPB Titchwell so a perfect location for birdwatchers who also appreciate a bit of luxury.

Six of us spent two nights here at the weekend. It was fabulous. Everything from the food to the attentive staff was lovely. The roaring open fires with comfortable seating were lovely. A special mention to the very dapper Renaldo and Sam who were fabulous as were all the staff. Could not have been better and will definitely be back. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Had a wonderful stay here again. Lovely friendly staff as always. Made to feel very welcome from the moment we checked in. We had a hot tub room. Nice & spacious. Very clean. Nice touches included luxury toiletries. Delicious evening dinners. Good choice of meals with two menus to choose from. Excellent breakfasts. Lovely buffet breakfast with so much choice & a served to your table menu too. Cooked breakfasts perfect. Looking forward to seeing you all at Christmas.

We have always stayed in rental accommodation when taking a break in North Norfolk however having driven past Tichwell Manor on many occasions we decided it was high time we gave it a try. We were not disappointed, from the welcome to our lovely room to the attentive staff and great food. The room was nice and spacious, plus very quiet which was a pleasant surprise. We most definitely will be going back on our next trip to North Norfolk.
